Guan Luo Yin, a Wu shamanistic practice – benebell wen

Guan Luo Yin 觀落陰 is a follow of wu shamanism 巫術 discovered primarily within the South Pacific. Whereas methodologies will differ, one method is as an astral journey to the underworld to see the spirits of those that have handed on; one other is as a technique of “distant viewing.”

Some traditions conceptualize the descent as starting from the doorway to a cave on the base of a mountain (related to the Kunlun Mountain). Others conceptualize it as a palace with many flooring descending (versus ascending the best way flooring of a constructing are constructed within the bodily earthly world).
